Depending on availability, most foie gras and raw duck products will ship within 3 business days of your order. Processed products may require and additional 2 business days for shipment. Once we have processed your order, it will be shipped via overnight delivery. All products are vacuum sealed and shipped in insulated containers with frozen gel packs.

Shipping and Handling Schedule and Charges

Overnight express service is required for perishable products. The cost is $30 per shipment. Ground service is available only for non-food items for $10.00 per shipment.

We ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays unless requested. There is an additional $25 charge per shipment for Saturday delivery.

At Hudson valley Foie Gras we take pride in our moulard foie gras and related products. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Some of our products are highly perishable. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24-hours of receiving your shipment, in order for us to respond to your request properly. We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
