- Excelent product. A treat we enjoy periodically year-round. Especially around the Holidays. Nothing easier to make. We usually don't make a full foie gras in one sitting, so we take a small vacuum sealer, and partion our foie gras, freezing the unused portions. Taste just like the finest restaurants.
